FSR Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing UAS deployed personnel. Effectively communicate with the Director of Operations to implement current and future FSR requirements.
Communicates to upper management on issues relating to client(s) and employees.
Partner with Corporate Joint Resource personnel to carry out required actions to purchase or arrange gear acquisition or travel itinerary.
Explores opportunity to grow the Program for additional contracts.
Responsible for communicating company culture and polices to assigned employees.
Conducts employee performance reviews.
Ensures Recruitment, Travel, and Human Resources are all communicating with each other regarding requirements for hiring, travelling, terminating, or transitioning personnel.
Prioritize multiple tasks successfully without compromising productivity.
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Seven years of management experience required.
Secret security clearance required.
Prior military service in the form of JMO or SNCO with deployment experience desired.
Experience in aviation and/or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles or Services preferred.
Prior qualification as a UAS Pilot with specific experience in Puma/Raven/ScanEagle Operations desired.
Prior deployment experience in CENTCOM AOR and direct experience with Fort Bliss CRC processing desired.
Private Pilot desired.
Strong leadership and program management required.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 to 5:00, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally. Travel to high threat/ high risk areas may also be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
