Vehicle Description I bought this Ford 5 window rumble seat coupe about one year ago for my wife.
This is a beautiful car that has no rust and is all steel.
I bought this car because I did not have a running car at the time; everything being in the process of restoration.
I am selling because I have a car running and too many projects.
This car has never been wrecked.
Mechanically it is in excellent condition.
The previous owner put in hydraulic brakes, a new wiring harness, radial tires, and a rebuilt 1949 Ford flathead.
I put in a new tie rod, tie rod ends, drag link, rebuilt the steering box, new front wheel cylinders, and new master cylinder.
I put in a new electric fan and quiet electric fuel pump, a new 12 volt Optima deep cycle battery and master battery cut off switch.
The car has a new aftermarket radiator.
She has a standard 3 speed transmission with floor shift.
The previous owner did beautiful woodgraining on the dash and doors.
The previous owner removed one or two leaves out of the rear springs to give it the lowered rear end profile.
The upholstery is in good condition.
The engine compartment is exceptionally clean.
The paint is older lacquer with a beautiful patina.
There are some thinner areas of paint.
